What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Fit2Suit provides free shipping to all its clients worldwide. Our products are shipped via third party carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Once the order has been shipped, customers are notified via email with all the shipping details, including tracking # to track their orders.  

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It would take typically 3 to 5 weeks from the time you place your order to stitching and final delivery at your doorstep. You can view your order status under ‘Track My Order’ for additional details.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Fit2Suit provides free shipping to all its clients worldwide. Our products are shipped worldwide through independent shipping carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

We make great strides in making the payment process safe at Fit2Suit. Our shopping cart is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protected, establishing a secure encrypted link between our website and your computer, keeping payment and credit card information that you enter safe and private.

How do I place an Order?

At Fit2Suit, our primary objective is to replicate the tailor shop experience for our users in the most easy and simple manner possible. We have divided the process into five steps:
(1) Choose Fabric.
(2) Select Style.
(3) Give Measurements.
(4) Get Stitched.
(5) Order Shipped.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. We give our customers the option to either create an account or check out as a guest. Having said that, creating an account does have its benefits; it allows you to maintain a Wishlist, keep up with the latest offers, and do not have to input your information every time you make a purchase.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Our customers can cancel the order up to 24 hours from the time the order is placed. This is because Fit2Suit only offers made-to-order custom clothing items, and it is impossible for us to cancel an order once the fabric has been cut.

However, changes to orders are possible even after 24 hours if the order is still in works, and our tailoring team can make the requested alteration.

How Do I Track My Order?

If you have already placed an order and would like to follow up, visit Track My Order’. This tracker allows the users to follow the item along each stage of the process.

 

How Can I Return a Product?

Please note that Fit2Suit does not offer refunds as the fabric is cut based on your measurements and your customizations. If there is any issue with the size or measurement of your garments, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will reimburse up to $75 CAD for Suit, $50 CAD for blazers and $30 CAD for dress shirt and pant order.
